DHL You Are Amazing! under 3 days to courier 4 vortexers (24Kg each) to Finland! |

On monday morning at about 11am, we delivered 4 vortexers weighing 24kg each and packed in DHL Jumbo boxes, to DHL at Christchurch New Zealand's airport depot. They were to go the Laboline Oy in Helsinki Finland. That afternoon Tuomas, my customer in Helsinki and I in New Zealand could track where the lab-tek vortexers were on www.dhl.co.nz. It's now thursday pm here in New zealand and I see they were received and signed for at Laboline Oy in Helsinki at midday wednesday!!
DHL -you are the way to travel!! less than 3 days door to door -Christchurch to Helsinki.

We have 4 special vortexers in stock. These are fitted with a switched timer of 30seconds-1minute-1.5minutes-2.0minutes-2.5-3.0-3.5-4.0-4.5-5.0-5.5-6minutes or continuous. They also have a strap to clamp the test tubes or microtitre plate on the tray if the pole clamp is not used. Be quick!

July 2008 -many customers have returned for their 2nd or 3rd vortexer from us at Lab-tek International Ltd. We monitor vortexers built and sold to our local medical laboratory and they are still running after 8-10 years. The one in the steriod lab gets a real hamering for several minutes every day. It was still running after 8 1/2 years but we replaced the rubber standoffs and motor as a precaution in Dec 2008 Another has been operated in a cold room (which we don't recommend) for several years.
A vortexer from the Philippians needed a replacement motor after 3 years. However we found this had been used at least 4hours daily since new so thats reasonable! |

(1) NEW IMPROVED MODEL -March 2008 -the top plate has a nylon screw in the bush holding the large knob. The tension on the screw prevents the knob loosening during long vortexing. |

This was a tremendous opportunity to meet customers. The motors are supplied by the well known Parvalux Company in England. Lab-tek International can readily supply the U.K. or NHS.laboratories |

Finnish deal the latest success for New Zealand company |

Lab-tek International has a deal with a company in Finland to distribute their high-tech vortexers, machines that shake test-tube samples to mix them. Laboline Oy, based in Helsinki, have sold many Lab-tek vortexers over the last year. |
